While worship services and Godly Play (Sunday school) are cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope you and your children can spend some time together reading the current Godly Play lesson, The Mystery of Pentecost. Blessings to you and your families.
Godly Play (church school) is a Montessori based curriculum for children Pre-K to 5th grade. It utilizes storytelling combined with creative materials to illustrate both New and Old Testament stories. The goal of Godly Play is to help children use religious language to know God and find direction in their lives while they are still young. Adult volunteers serve as storytellers and door persons. Godly Play is held September to mid-June, from 10:15am until approximately 11:15am, when students join their parents in the service at the Passing of the Peace, just before the Eucharistic feast, in order to partake in the Eucharist together.
Nursery care is provided year round if you choose, though we always welcome everyone in the sanctuary for the service.
